Clean Running

I just read about Joel and Ethan Coen's new TV add exposing "clean" coal as a myth. I did see the commercial the other day and it is very effective. The truth is probably in the middle as it almost always is. Most of us, and especially the runners I know, would like to do their part to conserve and preserve the environment. But it is not easy to know what to do or not to do. My oversimplified approach is to enjoy the parks and neighborhoods near me, never litter, and drive slowly.
