Panacea

I was out this morning and done with my run before 8:00. I am anticipating a very important phone call about a job opportunity. It can be nerve wracking* waiting for this kind of call. So going for a run today made everything all better. Well, not really. I am still nervous and unproductive. Ring phone ring.

* Wrote the word "wracking" and then was not sure about this usage or spelling. Thought you would want to know that from dictionary.com I found:

Wracking (or racking) - v. to cause the ruin of; wreck.
