Cleveland Marathon 2010

May 16, 2010. This leaves me with 20 weeks to prepare. That is enough. Plenty actually. For the next four weeks the plan is to run an average of 20 miles per week. Nothing wrong with me going more than that, just not less. I also have a goal to weigh less than 149 lbs on marathon day. Also not that big a deal, considering I am at 156 right now. I am excited about this and I know this will help me with my consistency.

A little later today I am going for a five mile run at North Chagrin.
