Turkey Trot Report

Race Report - gobble, gobble.

I came in fourth place in the smallest Turkey Trot in the US. The "lead vehicle" came in 5th. I did beat the 60 year old in snow boots. BTW - Snow boots were not a bad idea. I was out there with the singlet, no socks and short shorts with the slit up the side to allow all out sprinting at the end. Yes, I was wearing racers.

Extra info: I had more fans than anyone else and did not get lost.

Smile - what choice do we have?

Not beautiful to everyone.

Quotes for Runners and other alive people

I am reading A Million Little Pieces by James Frey. Not because I am part of Oprah nation or anything like that.

  • Act without doing, work without effort, think of the large as small and the many as few.
  • Confront the difficult while it is easy, accomplish the great one step at a time.

Another Runner's Blog

Just what the internet needs - another runner's diary. Too bad I guess. It is November and this is why we live and run in Ohio. Great days for running and just being outside. Unless you have a rake in your hand!
