Lunch Run

Not a trip to get food for lunch. I am thinking about 30 to 45 minutes of outdoor running in the middle of the day, three seasons (not summer) of the year, in Cleveland and now Milwaukee.

I have this image of my fellow office types off to do an errand or two on their lunch hour and coming across me 2 miles from the office, them in their car, me in my running duds, thinking to themselves that Rick must be crazy. Of course I don't run to impress anyone, but if it happens, then ok with me.

Milwaukee

My new hometown - Milwaukee, WI. To be a more precise, Delafield, WI. It is hillier than Cleveland, the weather is about the same, and there are plenty of races to choose from.
